On Sunday, July 8, 2018 from 10:00 to 10:30AM JST, the database supporting job execution will undergo a brief maintenance period. This maintenance is mandated by our infrastructure provider for upgrades to the underlying systems.
This maintenance event was rescheduled from the one previously announced for July 5, 2018.
Impact The failover is expected to last approximately 60 seconds with the following impact:
Streaming import: no impact. Query execution: - Running jobs: approximately 60 second execution delay. Full recovery after DB comes back online. - New jobs: Console and API clients will receive HTTP 500 status code errors or similar. The TD CLI (https://toolbelt.treasuredata.com) will automatically retries these requests. - Scheduled and Workflow jobs: approximately 60 second execution delay. Full recovery after DB comes back online.
Beyond this notice, we will provide updates approximately 1 hour before the beginning of the upgrade window, at the start and completion of the operation, and once the verification is completed. At that time, all systems will have returned to full functionality and this Scheduled Maintenance will be closed.
