* Single Sign On (SSO) from the TD Console to the Reporting site will fail
* Access to the reporting.treasuredata.com site will be mostly unavailable

In about an hour, from 05:00 PST (22:00 JST/KST, 14:00 CET), the maintenance window for the Treasure Reporting service will commence.

# Impact

During the period customers using the Treasure Reporting service will experience the following:

* Single Sign On (SSO) from the TD Console to the Reporting site will fail
* Access to the reporting.treasuredata.com site will be mostly unavailable

Beyond this notice, we will provide updates at the start and completion of the operation, and once the verification of the new system is completed. At that time, all systems will have returned to full functionality and this Scheduled Maintenance will be closed.

On Saturday, February 6th from 05:00 to 07:00 PST (from 22:00 to 24:00 JST/KST and from 14:00 to 16:00 CET) we will be performing maintenance on the Treasure Reporting service.

During the maintenance, the vendor (Slemma) providing the Treasure Reporting service will be performing an upgrade of the underlying PostgreSQL database from v9.5 to v9.6. This maintenance is necessary because PostgreSQL v9.5 will reach End-of-Life (EOL) on February 11th.

Although the maintenance window is 120 minutes, the service will only become unreachable for about 30 minutes in total. We expect this to be followed by a brief recovery period during which the system will gradually reach back to full throughput.

During the period customers using the Treasure Reporting service will experience the following:

* Single Sign On (SSO) from the TD Console to the Reporting site will fail
* Access to the reporting.treasuredata.com site will be mostly unavailable


# Communication

Beyond this notice, we will provide updates approximately 1 hour before the beginning of the maintenance window, at the start and completion of the operation, and once the verification is complete. At that time, all systems will have returned to full functionality and the Scheduled Maintenance will be closed.
