From 1:09 PM to 1:47 PM PDT, a small number of our customers may have encountered an increased error rate when executing Custom Scripts from workflows. This incident was due to an infrastructure issue. If you encountered Workflow errors featuring a 'task submission failed' message during this time period, we kindly recommend that you retry the workflow.
