Between 07:30 and 07:45AM PDT users of the Treasure Data Console in the US Region experienced intermittent errors . Jobs scheduled to run during that time may have been delayed by up to 15 minutes. Events ingested during that time may have been delayed by up to 60s.
Our team has traced the cause of the issue to a database failover operation in the TD-API component, which was caused by a temporary fault in our underlying infrastructure. Service has been fully restored and we will continue to monitor the situation.
