[US, Tokyo, and EU Regions] Scheduled Databases maintenance
Scheduled Maintenance Report for Treasure Data
Completed
*Maintenance* and system *recovery* have been fully completed.

In the US region, the Workflow database upgrade took 10 minutes, from 6:45pm to 6:55pm PDT. During the failover, the Workflow API returned errors to all requests and the execution of Workflow jobs was delayed.
All other database upgrade in all regions incurred in no visible service impact.

The scheduled database maintenance is now *complete*.

In progress
The scheduled database maintenance window is starting now.

During maintenance window, each database will experience failover, after which the respective systems are expected to recover in approximately 5 minutes. During the failover period, customers will observe the following symptoms:

- Queries submitted through the Presto JDBC/ODBC Gateway will receive timeout errors.
- Scheduled and running Workflows will experience delays in execution.
- In the Console, Data Workbench and Audience Studio will incur in errors caused by failures within the underlying Master Segments, Segments, and Workflows.
