[All Regions] Single Sign-On Maintenance
Scheduled for Oct 4, 17:00 - 19:00 PDT
On 2022-10-05, between 00:00 and 02:00 UTC, we will be performing maintenance on our Single Sign-On (SSO) platform.

This maintenance window is required to perform the upgrade of the infrastructure of our SSO platform

Although the maintenance window duration is 2 hours, the service will become unavailable for no longer than 15 minutes.

# Impact

During the maintenance, customers may experience failures to log in to the Treasure Data service via SSO with SAML. In this case, as the downtime should be in 15 minutes, please retry to log in a few dozen minutes later.
The maintenance will affect the SSO to the console only. Therefore, if a user is already logged in, they can use the service as usual. Also, no effect is expected on API calls, existing workflows, etc.
SSO with Google accounts won't be affected.

# Communication

Beyond this notice, we will provide updates approximately 1 hour before the beginning of the maintenance window, at the start and completion of the operation, and once the verification is completed. At that time, all systems will have returned to full functionality and the scheduled maintenance will be closed.
