*Upgrade details: - Expected Downtime: 10 minutes per instance. We aim to make this transition as smooth as possible. Our team will be monitoring the process closely to ensure minimal disruption. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team.
During the maintenance window, the databases will experience a short failover within 120 seconds, after which the respective systems are expected to recover in approximately 10 minutes. During the failover period, customers will observe that the DataTank 2.0 database system might not function properly
