Resolved

We had been experiencing performance degradation of Hive Query Engine. The problem has been resolved by increasing the capacity of the Hive cluster and recreating it.

The time periods during which performance degradation was occurring were as follows.
From around 3:00 p.m. on the 23rd May to 11:00 a.m. on the 24th May. (UTC)
