On 2021-03-22, between 18:00:00 and 20:00:00 UTC (2021-03-22 10:00 and 12:00:00 PST), we are going to perform maintenance on the Treasure Insights service.

We will upgrade the major version of the BI engine during the maintenance.

# Impact

During the maintenance window, we will stop the system for about 40 minutes during which customers may experience the following unavailabilities:

+ All BI dashboards access on “https://console.treasuredata.co.jp/ and https://console.ap02.treasuredata.com/”: Unavailable
+ All data model builds : Unavailable
+ User management for Treasure Insights: Unavailable

Retrying the data model builds after the planned downtime is the suggested workaround for build failure.
