On October 30, 2023 17:00 - 18:00 PDT Wednesday (October 31, 2023 09:00 - 10:00 JST / October 31, 2023 00:00 - 01:00 UTC), we would be permanently shutting down TLS 1.0/1.1 access for the following components: - REST API (api.treasuredata.com) - Streaming Import (api-import.treasuredata.com)
# Impact During and after this operation, TLS 1.0/1.1 users would experience permanent connection failures. No other impact is expected aside from what was mentioned. However, if you are using older libraries that don’t support TLS 1.2, please upgrade to the newer version.
# Communication Beyond this notice, we will provide updates approximately 1 hour before the beginning of the operation window, at the start and completion of the operation, and once the verification is completed. We will reach out to the impacted customers via email separately.
