Scheduled
MySQL Database Maintenance

Treasure Data will experience a scheduled downtime of up to 10 minutes on Oct 26th, between 9pm and 10pm PDT (Oct 27th, between 1pm and 2pm JST). We need to reboot our MySQL RDS instances to apply some critical AWS security patches. During this brief outage, you may experience the following performance degradation:

1- Streaming import API returns errors:
Streaming collection will continue locally on each device and recover automatically with td-agent's buffering and upload retry mechanism.
2- td command-line interface returns errors:
READ operations will automatically retry and recover at the end of the outage.
3 - Web console returns errors for any UPDATE or CREATE query commands.

There will be no data loss in any of your pipelines as a result of this event.

Recent Security Updates

Security is extremely important to us, and we've made some recent updates to incorporate patches for SSLv3 vulnerabilities and upgrade our platform to Ruby 2.x.x in support of Ruby 1.9.3's end of life. As of last month, td 0.11.4 and td-agent 1.1.20 have been officially deprecated. Please update your td command-line tool to version 0.11.5 or later, and your streaming collectors to the latest stable release of td-agent 2.x as soon as possible. For more information on performing this update, please consult our documentation at
